Gabriel Agbonlahoris certain that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane wants to leave the club. The ex-Aston Villa attacker made this known while he was on TalkSPORT to work as a football pundit. Gabriel Agbonlahor talked about Kane shortly after Spurs suffered a first defeat of the season in the Premier Leagueat Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Spurs came into the Palace game on the back of three straight wins at the start of the new season. The North Londoners were on the end of a 3-0 defeat at the hands of the Eagles. Hosts Crystal Palace were aided by the second half red card to Japheth Tanganga. Utility defender Tanganga made a bright start to the new season in the Tottenham Hotspur defencebut he moved from hero to villain after picking up two yellow cards in the second half of the game against Palace. In the end, the numerical advantage helped Palace on their way to a 3-0 win thanks to the goals from WilfriedZaha (penalty) and substitute Odsonne Edouard (brace).

Kane was largely anonymous during the Palace game even when Tottenham Hotspur had the full complement of their team. He had no touch inside the Crystal Palace box throughout the game. At the end of the Premier League encounter between the two London teams, Gabriel Agbonlahor said that Kane’s body language suggested that the Tottenham Hotspur striker does not want to be at the club.

Kane tried to leave Spurs for Premier League champions Manchester City in the summer but the move was blocked by the club’s chairman, Daniel Levy. Levy and Spurs requested for more than £150m for Kane and Manchester City were unable to raise the funds to sign him. Kane still has three years left on his existing deal at Spurs and recent reports claimed that he could pen a new contract.
